Please add the ability to join and invite friends to games from the friends list

On Origin, I enjoyed the ability to invite friends to Mass Effect 3 games directly from the friends menu even if I was in the middle of a game, as well as join friends' games in progress. This was especially useful if one of us disconnected from a match; we could invite each other back or join. 

Now Origin is discontinued, and the new app is missing this crucial feature. For games that aren't a part of EA Connect, the ability to invite friends is limited. For Mass Effect 3, we can only invite from the lobby. Joining or inviting mid-match, we're out of luck.

Users have been asking for this for years. Please add this feature.
