Unlinking a disabled EA account
This sucks. Requiring accounts to be linked is one problem, but then requiring someone from EA to unlink the disabled account WHEN THEY ARE NEVER AVAILABLE TO LIVE CHAT is absurd. At least give an option to resolve this through email. Would like to buy some new games, but if I can't even play them then I will not by them.
