Unlinking a disabled EA account

This sucks. Requiring accounts to be linked is one problem, but then requiring someone from EA to unlink the disabled account WHEN THEY ARE NEVER AVAILABLE TO LIVE CHAT is absurd. At least give an op...

Also dealing with a similar issue. been waiting for a reply to my case and or a live chat for 2 days now. starting to get pissed off.
