I was permanently banned on Madden for unknown reasons
Two years ago, I was out of the country on a work trip and I left my PS5 with my cousin. He played a lot of Madden on my system and one day was randomly banned on my account. Two years later, I am allowed to purchase the deluxe edition of Madden 26 but not allowed to play it on my system. Nobody has helped me despite reaching out countless amount of times. There is no phone number, email, live chat and I’m extremely dissappointed with how this piece of trash company is allowed to treat us like this. I want my account or money back now, this is ridiculous the lengths i have to go to just to get bare minimum support. This company is pathetic and I’m sick of you guys. HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

if your account was banned, you will have to create a dispute with Support - replies to these are not instantaneous, but will take a few days as the account and the ban will be checked. We can't help with bans here in the forum as we don't have access to account information.
If you gave your cousin your PlayStation and access to your account during your time away, he most likely did something that was against the user agreement and caused the ban. You can check your ban history to see what kind of ban it is and what reason is given. If you received a franchise ban (so the kind that spans across all titles of a franchise) then yes, you won't be able to play Madden 26. In that case, if the dispute is denied, it's probably best for you to try and refund the game.
