Xbox account linked to a disabled EA account.

I’ve been dealing with this for months and still haven’t been able to play any EA games through game pass on PC. 

Whenever I log in with my EA account (same email as my Xbox account) and try to link my Xbox account it won’t let me link it and says my xbox account has already been linked to another EA account, but the email given says disabled. 

Has anyone been able to fix this? Submitted a case but still haven’t heard back. 

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Hey obijbfn9nw1i​,

    You can restore that disabled EA account by resetting the password via the original email address. If you've made a new EA account with that email, you may need to change it temporarily in order to restore the account. If that isn't working, or you don't remember what the email address was, you'll need to reach out to our live support team for help. It might be faster if you reach out via a chat rather than an email. Try the link at the bottom of this article, that gives me the option to start a chat.

    This didn't work for me.  I've gotten access to the EA account, but still can't get into Battlefield.  When I try to link my xbox via the website, i get the error based on a disabled account.

    I have the same problem, i have full access to my EA account changed password several times but trying to link to my Xbox i get the same message that its connected to an email that i dont own or remember finishing with @disabled.ea.com. cant get hold of anyone on EA help to help with this issue.

    This is not the solution. Its been disabled by EA like mine has for no reason. Getting in contact with your support team via chat is impossible so I've sent a request via your link hopefully ill get a reply and an answer.
