Accounts linked to EA Play found

I encountered the issue shown in the picture while trying to link my EA Play account to my Steam account.

 

 

Translation of the photo:

Your accounts cannot be linked because your Steam account (k0a3) is already linked to the EA account for ac*****@gmail.com. An EA account can only be linked to one Steam account.
