Does anyone have the same problem I can't play battlefield 2042 trail it says that I already played 10 hours but didn't even play the game did anyone find fix? (I already re download the game)

Got the Xbox game pass for pc. Downloaded the game and it says i have 10h 00 mins left on my trial. However when i try and start the game it say that my trial has expired.. What to do?
