battlefield3 will not launch unable to activate visa origin account

Is your game missing from your account after moving over to EA app from Origin? 

Hi sorted now. I found the folder containing the licence and deleted the licence, started the game ok after that.

The EA chat people have no idea what day it is let alone how to fix this issue. I hour 

in chat and no help. No number to call. EA is a Joke.
