Appreciate you bringing this to us. I will pass it on to the team to be looked into. I've removed references to the username so as to prevent any misunderstandings surrounding naming and shaming.

    Thanks  for the reply, Theres a way to filter messages , click on profile name, then '' view posts'' and theres a search box on the right. Search ''Battlefield''. 

    Topics, posts from players which are really  negative have ... I can honestly say never have been motivated to a positive direction.
