Billed Twice, No Way To Get Refund???
Does anyone know who to contact to get a refund - I was charged twice!! I did not notice till I received my bank statement, which means I was already past the "14 day guarantee." But I do not want to return a game, I just don't want to own two copies of the same digital game because their site didn't work properly. I want my money back and my case got closed with no response. Any ideas??? I don't even care if I get it back as a credit - I'd buy more games! I just want my money back.
