Can't link Steam account as it says already linked with someones else's

My Connections page showing that my EA account is properly linked to my XBOX and it's not linked to anything else at all, which is ok.

Clicking on the Steam [Link] button it open's up my Steam account, where I can sign in, then I allowing it to reach steam data, then it goes to a page that it cannot be connected, because it is already connected with the "Steam pjuggj account", which is obviously some random generated anything or smone else's, I does not know, but for sure didn't done by me earlier.

I don't know why does the EA connection page showing that it is not connected to steam, if after I try to connect it figures out suddenly that it is connected to smtg nonsense, which does not even have an email address? If someone or smtg else made this connection, do I have have any chance to delete that connection? If so, then how, since I have only a Link button and it does not even recognize that crap, until the very last moment when I try to assign one?

Thanks a million, it would really help me (as my son wants this connection real hard)

    Thanks @EA_Barry for the quick answer.

    I have checked the article you've linked, installed the EA App and it doesn't propmts me to link anything (as it probably detects that smtg is linked).

    On the other hand the Unlink cannot be done either since the Connections tab on the EA Account settings portal show a Link button instead of Unlink, and when I try to link mine, it shows that smtg random linked to it. So this functionality seems bugged, probably some corrupted data partially bound to it already, as it is linked to something but the EA portal where the actual unlinkind should be made doesn't detects it at all. Are there any technical support option who can fix it?

    @梅克77 I am also the case, now binding is not my account。Now I can't change the binding, and I am also very upset
