Yep. Same exact issue here. Tried a few "fixes" from the forums and none of them worked. Also probably just going to negative review and refund at this point, had problems with preload too so this is just another waste of time that shouldn't exist on a 70$ game.

yea, can't even access the game, it won't show up on my EA game page... i have only access to Fallen order.. where can i upload the new star wars game ?? im about to get a refund beacuse of this *, why complecate things som much?
I have personally tried this, and you people can take our money for your games but not one person has helped in fixing the issue! to hell with the EA App! Maybe to hell with EA all together!
