Charge not recognized

On my Visa Bill.  Dec l2 transaction date, EA *Electronic Arts $24.85.  What is this charge please? I never got anything from you except "Free" Sims 4 game. That's it.  Never got a receipt mentioning...

Got a EA *Electronics Arts charge on my Visa bill that is not recognized. Never ordered anything with this price nor did I get receipt for it. Want it reversed
