code does not work

The gift card code I got today worth €15 does not work and it claims that it is not valid, even though it is. [CM Edit: Formatting]

    Thanks for this info, in that case I'd recommend you reach out to the live support team so they can search the details on that gift card for you and see why you're receiving this error. Here on AHQ, we wouldn't have access to those specific details to take a look.
