Code doesn't redeem

I recently bought a code off amazon for $56.99 and put the code into Ea.com, just for it to show as a "payment failed," in my payment history. Does anyone know a way I can get my money back/my in-game currency (APEX COINS), because EA is too cheap to have a support team.

Hey @sheluvsluxas,

If there is an issue with the code, you need to contact Amazon support, since you bought it there.

So get in touch with Amazon and have the code checked over there.

@EA_Poppy already did everything you asked, code was redeemed successfully, Amazon had a well working code; however, it was failed as a payment method on EA's end. EA says that the total amount of the transaction was 59.99, meaning it went through, and I have received 0 Apex coins. Not Amazon's fault in anyway, it is on EA.

@sheluvsluxas, EA Support wouldn't be able to see the transaction on their side, if you made the purchase on Amazon.

As mentioned before, if you purchased the coins on the Amazon store, you need to contact their support, since EA support cannot help with purchases made on a different store. They can only see details for transactions made via the EA app.
