Double billed

I was billed twice. How do I get this fixed?

    If you were double charged for a transaction, the live support team can take a look at your billing information and get a refund processed for the extra charge- here on AHQ we don't have access to your account details to look into this refund for you. 

    You can contact the live support team for more help on this extra charge by submitting a help request on the site here

    I have already filled a case about doubling billing  and refunding too but no one is responding  from EA more then 24 hours have passed nothing as far now 
    also, there is no option to contact live support it just says to submit  your case 
     can you help me here ?
