I have had my ea account for over 10 years under my moms work email. unfortunately she was recently let go and no longer has access to that email. The email is mailto:[edit: email address removed] . I was trying to switch the emails but the only option is the verify that email. Which I or my mom is able to get into.

If you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look.
