EA account email inaccessible

I'm wondering if there is anyway that I could get my email switched over without having to go through the awful ea support live chat. I have sat waiting multiple times for over 4 hours each and have yet to even get a glimpse of a chat with a real person.

    Hi crutabs​, 

    If you can log into your EA account, you may be able to update the EA account information yourself. 

    1. Go to your Account information page.
    2. Select Edit next to Email address
    3. Select Send code and your verification option
    4. Enter the code we send you.

     

    Once you enter the code, your EA account email will be updated.
