Can I transfer Sims 4 and add-ons to new EA account?

Hi, 

I own The Sims 4 base game along with several add-ons, which are currently installed on my Mac. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to my EA account, as it's linked to an old email address that no longer exists, so I can't verify the account.

My question is: if I create a new EA account with my current email, will I still be able to re-download my game and add-ons, since they're already installed on my computer?

I'd greatly appreciate any guidance. I've invested a lot in these add-ons and I'm hoping I won't need to repurchase them.
