Hey @Mrkwiggill that you see issues with multiple programs points to system issues.

Testing this just now on my own setup and not seeing any issues with playing DAI from Steam.

@EA_Darko After months of struggling, your advise pointed me in the right direction. Cleared and flushed my IP's and DNS's, Reset my networks and "Viola". First try, no connection errors on either and that was while forgetting to disable my anti virus. Thanks for pointing me there.
