EA SPORTS FC™ TeamI do see some programs giving out dll errors. You mentioned in your post that you repaired VC++, how did you do this?
@EA_Jason I located VC++ program in the add/remove and modified then used the repair function

Could you also launch the files located in the Battlefield V folder for VC++ and then hit the Repair button? Be sure to launch both the x64 and the x86 files.

That could be a bad install of VC++ or there is something else blocking it.
In this case I would suggest reaching out to Microsoft to check what the cause is and how to fix it. I did find some solutions on Google, but I've got nothing that I can officially recommend and I don't want to give you the wrong info.
