EA Games App is Horrible

EA Games is basically ruining the gamers experience. How difficult must you make things with this app. Not only are there countless issues with updates but how is it possible to have people purchase games but not give them access to what they purchased. There should be no reason as to why this app needs to be used in order to play a game that is owned. 
Secondly there should be no reading an account would get banned without provided an immediate email with an explanation. This would eliminate major issues with accounts being banned mistakenly. This app is poorly run and the people providing customer service have little to bo power in rectifying issues. Basically you take peoples money and provide them with problems in return. I’m surprised bo one has sued or opened a class action for the issues you cause. 
I am seriously considering taking necessary steps to either get a refund on everything that has been purchased and or finding away to hold you all accountable for your poor service to customers who use their hard earned money to pay for your products

    I agree, I have no ability to use my Sims 4 expansion packs because I can't download the game through EA.  It's such a joke as I can download other games on EA and I can download sims 4 on STEAM.  EA is just broken and refuses to help its customers.

    It's ok, customer support can help.  Nope, they are absolutely worthless and just send you here.  No one has the ability to refund anything, so we basically got ripped off.

    Where is the customer support, some of the most worthless attempts at any support.  I vote with my wallet, and EA will never get another dime.  I cannot believe how incompetent they are, and even trying to reach a customer service rep is impossible.  EA is the only company I have seen putting 0 effort into any customer retention. 

    Sims 4 download is broken and EA isn't even doing anything to keep users up to date.

    EA is one of the worst companies I have ever purchased a product from.  Will never do business, and will go out of my way to share my horrible experience.  Explaining that they have 0 customer support.  DO NOT PURCHASE EA PRODUCTS>  THEY ARE THIEVES AND STEAL YOUR MONEY.
