I purchased one month of EA Play though steam yesterday to take advantage of the 10 hours of access to Battlefield 2042 pre-official launch day.
Access to EA Play has not appeared on either my Steam account, my Origin launcher, or my EA Account, and the game says it is not yet available.
I have made sure my accounts are linked, cleared my cache, and tried using Origin to load the game all without success.

When you have made a purchase, you expect the product to be available for you.
First I want to make sure that the payment isn't stuck for you. This is something that you can check yourself in the Order History of your account. You can find your Order History via this link:

Some purchases can take up to 36 hours to be fully processed.
If that time has already passed and you see no strangess in the Order History, then please get in touch with our support team to have this looked into.
