I purchased fc points on the 16th of January 2026 at 6:29 pm British time and they never got into my account. I’ve been talking to the support chat and they’re useless they kept telling me to wait and wait but purchasing fc points should be instant not over 48 hours wait

Hi there, I play on ps5, I bought my fc points through the games store, DBZ-_-Whis7, 16th of January, time 6:29PM British Time.
Did you receive your points? If not you should keep mentioning it, don’t let EA steal from us this is a glitch stealing money from thousands of players. They straight up take our money and think we won’t speak up.
