false ban

I last logged into fc25 last night and was banned for third party software when i have nothing on my pc. last thing i did was 2 sbcs and was excited to play the next day but woke and my account was banned. they provided no evidence that i was cheating and support did nothing besides tell me to wait 1-10 days to get a response. i did nothing wrong and i wouldnt cheat on a game i love and i have played my whole life.
