If you can’t log in using your email address or a linked account, we can try to recover your account:
- Search for the game you’re playing on EA Help. (select EA app here)
- Select See all help topics > Manage my account > I need help logging into my EA Account > Chat with us.
Have this info ready:
- the original email address on your EA Account
- any usernames tied to your EA Account, like your EA ID, Xbox Live gamertag, or PlayStation™ Network Online ID
- any invoice numbers from games you’ve bought through an EA platform, like the EA app.

I’m mot sure if I had bought games in the ea shop.
Nomaly I bought in ebay.
And if I bought some games, i dont have the bill which was send to the mail account where i have no access.
I just have the old email adress and a lot of codes …

Habe jetzt meinen Zettel mit unserem historischen Kennwörtern gefunden, Funktionieren alle nicht. Sofern das Konto zwischenzeitlich deaktiviert wurde kann ich das irgendwie rausfinden und ohne Postfachzugang wieder aktivieren ?
