Game not showing up in library

I have received a code (From buying an AMD CPU) to redeem Star Wars Jedi Survivor via the EA APP. After the activation, the download did not seem to start, so I followed the online guide to clear the app cache. After the EA App then started, the game was nowhere to be found. Can I get some help getting the game to show up in my library, downloaded and installed?

    @Warstomper123 Many people have been having this problem with every purchase they make for months and months, but EA is just ignoring us because they already have our money.

    And how would I get in touch with the right.. support channels? I can’t seem to submit a ticket anywhere, all support routes lead me back to this forum..

    @Warstomper123 Try "login issues" category, but chat no longer helps- most likely too many people have same issue

    Hi all,

    i'm in the same situation with a code buyed from Amazon for F1 23. 

    Game appears in download manager but then disappear and it's nowhere. 

    Official assistance contacted; a bunch of guys are asking me same details about who i am, what game i purchased, where and so on, other than suggesting to restart/reinstall application or do some sort of app cache clean.

    Theorically they have evidence that the game was linked to my account but it wont appear in EA app
