Hello, I bought an EA Gift Card online but I cant redeem it. In the EA desktop app it shows that the gift card has a value of 15€ but if i try to redeem it there is a message saying that the code is invalid

Was your gift card purchased in the same country you're currently living in? These cards need to be redeemed in the same country they were purchased in or you won't be able to redeem them.
If it was purchased in the correct region, have you checked your EA Wallet to see if the funds have already been redeemed to your account?
@EA_SolaireI bought the Card online for EU region with 5 other cards that worked but i only got the funds from 5 cards instead of the 6 i bought
