I'm having a bit of a headache with my EA app. Despite setting my region correctly on the Web Portal, the app refuses to switch from showing prices in dollars.
Oh, and just to add to the fun, it seems like the option to change regions within the app itself isn't available either (:
Any suggestions on how to fix it? It's frustrating trying to make purchases when the currency is all mixed up!

Why does my EA App currency show as Euros? The app has been convinced that I'm in Germany for over a year, even though my location on my account is set to US. No, I'm not using a VPN. Really wish it would show my actual currency and charge me correctly. I've asked about this before but didn't recieve an answer. I've found a few other posts asking about it, but it doesn't look like they have answers either. Trying again...

May I ask where you're physically located, and what the country setting is on your EA account (https://profile.ea.com) and in the EA app?
Hi there, i am also having the same problem with the currency being stuck in US dollars. i am located in turkey and my country is also set to turkey in the EA app, but the currency won't change back to Turkish Lira no matter what i've done
