Bug in purchase iSWGoH

Question

Hello, I would like to report an unauthorized purchase on my *Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes* account that occurred today, October 20, 2026, between approximately 12:30 and 13:00 (Mexico time). I have already contacted in-game support, and they confirmed that several "Jedi Legacy Mega Packs"—costing 2,450 crystals each—were purchased on my account without my authorization. This resulted in the loss of over 10,000 crystals, and I have requested a refund of these resources. The technical support team approved my refund request, but it has not yet been processed. My player ID is &lt;removed&gt;
