Hey D3ANMachine8 ,
I get why this is stressful -- but I’m going to be direct so you don’t waste more time going in circles.
What likely happened here isn’t random: creating multiple new accounts in a short window, from the same location/IP/device, does trigger automated anti-abuse systems. From that system’s perspective, it can look identical to bot or bulk account creation.
Now the important part: Once appeals come back as “correct action taken,” those specific accounts are very unlikely to be reinstated through the same route. Repeating the same appeal usually won’t change the outcome.
What to do next:
- Don’t recreate accounts the same way again
If you repeat the same setup (same network, rapid creation), you’ll likely hit the same bans again.
- Use a staged setup approach
- Create accounts gradually (not all within minutes)
- Use consistent, real details (no patterns that look automated)
- Verify emails properly before moving on
- Avoid switching rapidly between devices during creation
- Consider a single supervising account + child/managed accounts
For youth environments, it’s often safer to:
- Set up one primary/admin EA account
- Then create additional accounts more slowly over time
This reduces the “burst creation” signal.
- Use the official guidance and appeal route
Start here: https://help.ea.com/en/articles/security-and-rules/locked-banned-suspended-accounts/
That page walks through how to submit and manage cases properly. If you’re able to open a case from there, clearly explain:
- This is for a youth centre / supervised setup
- You created multiple accounts for separate PCs + legitimate purchases
- You’re looking for guidance on how to set this up correctly going forward
If that route doesn’t get you anywhere, come back here and let me know -- I’ll take another look with you and help figure out the next step.
