How to unbind an EA account that I cannot log in to?

Now my Steam account is linked to an EA account. But the email associated with the EA account cannot be logged in anymore. In addition, I forgot the information of the EA account, which caused me to be unable to log in to the account. How can I unbind this account from my Steam account? I want to link my Steam account to another EA account that I can log in to.
