I can't change my email!!!!!!!

I used my old email to create a ea app at about two years ago,but it got deleted.So i used the ea app to keep playing,but now i want to sign in my account to use fc25 webapp,but i cant open it as it requests me to give it the code which i cant even access to the email.The problem is i cant even access to my old email how am i even supposed to change to new email????????
