E-mail issues
I recently formatted my computer and I cannot access the EA app because I no longer have access to the registered email. I know the account email and password, and my phone number is also linked to the account. I urgently need to change the email address associated with my EA account so I can regain access. For reference, the game was installed via Steam.
I tried connecting to the USA through a VPN and I was finally able to reach live support. They solved my problem, so you can try it as well.
