Unable access to my EA account and Ps5 linking issue

Hi everyone,I’m having a problem with my EA Account linked to my PS5. I changed the domain of the email associated with my old EA account, so I no longer receive verification codes and cannot log in.

Because of this, I cannot unlink my PSN account from the old EA account.I created a new EA account, but my PS5 still shows the old account as linked, preventing me from playing EA FC 26 online with my new account.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue or found a way to safely unlink the PSN account from the old EA account? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for keeping me in the loop on how you've been getting on. I'm sorry, it sounds like it's been frustrating, especially when all you want is to hop into FC 26 and enjoy the game.

    If I could, I would, but only our support team can assist you with 2FA issues. They'll need to disable the 2FA so you can set it back up, and as this means changing the security settings for an EA account, they need to verify you are the account owner before making any changes. Community Managers like myself can't do this.

    I understand it's been tough trying to connect with our support team so far. Please stick with them. They'll do their best to help you recover access to your EA account.

    I contacted the support team about this, but my messages still don’t appear in my case files,

    It sounds like the cases aren't submitting, which may be why you haven't heard back. Let's see if we can work together to get to the bottom of this. Can you share what steps you've taken so far to open a support case? If you can pop up a screenshot of what you're seeing, too, it'd help us see what you're seeing.

    Thanks for explaining what's been happening that's blocking you from getting your verification codes. 

    Do you have your backup codes kept safely tucked away? When you set up 2FA, the system prompts you to view backup codes and write them in a safe place. These backup codes can be used if, for any reason, you can't retrieve the login codes at that moment. They'll work in their place, and you can use them to log in and update the email address registered to the EA account. 

    If you didn't save the backup codes at the time, you'll need our support team's help updating the account information. Please contact our support team, and they'll do their best to help you recover your account.

    Hi again, support team are not responding to my tickets, please help me. I want to play Fc26 I bought the game but I can't play ! :(

    I don’t have my 2FA codes. I contacted the support team about this, but my messages still don’t appear in my case files, and I haven’t received any response. I’d really appreciate it if you could help me.
