Hi there, I’m really sorry to hear that you’re having trouble downloading your games through the EA app.

You mentioned that the issue is happening with The Sims 4. Have you tried downloading a different game to see whether that works? This can help us determine whether the problem is specific to The Sims 4 or related to the EA app itself.

You can also try clearing the EA app’s cache:

Open the EA app.
Select the three-line menu in the top-left corner.
Go to Help and select App Recovery.
Select Clear cache.

If you’re unable to open the EA app, open the Windows Start menu, go to All Apps, expand the EA folder, and select App Recovery, followed by Clear cache.

Once you’ve tried these steps, please let us know how it goes.
