If your payment is being blocked, you'll need to be sure the location set on your EA account is correct- it will need to be set to your real current location. Otherwise, you'll need to use a different payment method.
Thanks for replayin , but to be clear i am using everything as it shoud to be, but this error follow me whereever i go i tryed another card but same error show up and i tryed with a card from defrent county but same eroor and i cant find somthig to pay with paypal ....

Have you been able to solve this, as I have the same exact problem for a month now, and I can not reach their help.
It is extremely frustrating.

untill this moment nothing change i called the support and there is no help
