Issue with making purchases using the same card on multiple accounts

The company says it’s allowed, but then blocks my credit card, and there’s no solution? At least the weakest solution would be to lift the block on the credit card. I hope someone can help me here because when I talked to support in the chat, they denied there was an issue and kept closing the chat even though I was still talking to them.
