I have been using the EA app for quite some time now but I never noticed it crashing or having slow loading times.
However, I would like to get to the bottom of this and find out why it is crashing for you.
Could you let me know if it crashes at a specific moment for you, if it crashes and just shuts down, and if you get to see an error message?
