Moving games to new account is impossible due to incompetent chat support?

Previously on my other account I had Battlefield 5 and other games moved from my first account to my second account, but all game progress was lost obviously. So the game transfer is clearly possible. There's an EA article about game transfer, at the bottom of the page it says that game transfer is possible: https://help.ea.com/en/articles/ea-account/multiple-ea-accounts/

Yet, every time I contact the chat support, they are just yapping, not helping at all, talking about account merging. I don't want to merge the accounts. I want to transfer games like it was done before 2 years ago. How can I transfer my games without account merging at this point? I don't want to use the chat support, because it's not working with them.
