Moving games to new account is impossible due to incompetent chat support?

Previously on my other account I had Battlefield 5 and other games moved from my first account to my second account, but all game progress was lost obviously. So the game transfer is clearly possible...

Hey Anonymous​ sorry to see that you are having issues.

What did our support say when they were unable to move gaems to a new account?

In some cases it simply is not possible to move games and when this happens our teams hands are tied.
