Seasons pass issue in FC26

So I’ve had this issue for about 2 months now, EA’s chat bots are 0 help and it seems like they’re doing everything in their power to not connect me to a human.

Basically every time I’ve attempted to log into Pro Clubs, it says that there was an issue with me connecting to EA servers and I need to check my internet connection. Issue with this solution is that I do have wifi, as ultimate team works no issue.

in ultimate team; if I attempt to open the seasons pass it doesn’t show up and my game essentially stops working and I need to quit the game and reload it. As well as when I log into career mode it says that seasons pass services are unavailable and playing won’t count as progress (I’m pretty sure it does bc I gain XP and I can collect rewards on the companion app, only on the console it doesn’t work)
