Can someone help me? I’ve opened several tickets and started multiple chats, but no one has answered me. I bought EA FC 26, and when I try to play, it asks for a code sent to the hacker's account but obviously, I don't have access to that account. Can someone help? I want to play as soon as possible.

I'm afraid you'll need to continue trying to get in touch with our live support team to start the account recovery process and correct any unauthorized edits to your account information. We aren't able to support account recovery here on the forums, as we don't have the tools needed to do so.
Can you try using an incognito or private window and proceeding as a guest? After submitting the form and being redirected, there should be an option for you to chat with an advisor.
Once you're able to sign in to the EA account, please be sure to go through as many of these security steps as possible to help get your account under your control.
