Need Help Unlinking Old Email from EA Account Connected to Steam

I’m reaching out for urgent assistance with my EA account, as I’m unable to access my purchased games due to an outdated email linked through Steam. My case number is #225165636, and I haven’t received a response yet. I’m hoping to get some help or visibility here.

Issue Details:
My EA account is automatically linked to an old email address that I no longer have access to. This happened when I installed EA games through Steam, which auto-connected to my old account. I want to completely unlink this old email and link my EA account to my current email address, which I’ve been using for years. However, I can’t update the email because verification codes are being sent to the inaccessible old email.

What I Need:

Unlink my old email from my EA account and Steam.
Link my current email to my EA account so I can access my games.
I’m okay with losing any old save files or progress tied to the old email—just please help me resolve this so I can play the games I’ve paid for.
