Negative response from your team

I've been waiting for the last 15 days, to hear for at least a single word from you. but I did get nothing. The misban applied on me caused huge effect on me, just wanna get help.

    Hey Uraniummixture​, we really can't help with Account/Ban issues on the forums.
    Some cases might take a bit longer than others, so if you have an already open ticket, please check your emails for updates.
    If you don't have a case opened yet, you may do so here.

    You may also check with our advisors, so they might give you more insights about it.

    Since my first try of contact through ea help website, it's been about 15 days. And the ea or the apex helpong did nothing. I have not recieve any piece of email. What about my misban? I know I cannot get help on the forum but it's just too bad for me, like the hangover after a  crazy night. In the last few days I've been trying to contact the team, have written a few emails, but what did I get? Nothing!!! So For Real huh?
