Lost game progress and can’t get it back

Hi guys I’ve been playing apex since about season three, I’ve spent lots of money and made lots of progress. Today I saw that my account got unlinked from my Xbox I go to sign back in and it completely replaces my old account with a new one. I try and sign in to my EA account with my Xbox. And it says I cant and to try again later. How do I fix my issue and or contact EA support for them to help me. Please I would like some answers or suggestions. 

I have tried to change my password and use other options to go in. It says that account doesn’t exsist. Along with this I contacted EA emails and directed me here I tried there twitter but they didn’t respond or help there.

    What are the risks?

    When you unlink a platform account from your EA Account, you can link it to another EA Account, but your game progress won’t transfer over.That means you’ll permanently lose access to: 

    • game progress
    • DLC, expansions, and anything extra you have for your game
    • memberships and subscriptions
    • previous drops and other rewards
    • in-game purchases.

    If you unlink your platform account and link it back to your original EA Account, you may be able to get your stuff back if you can still access the account

    Did our live support team advise you to post a bug report here on the forums ROMANS722​?

    We cannot help with account issues here so beyond gathering a bug report there would be nothing more we can do.

    No, I was more so hoping that someone has been through the same thing I figured out the problem and i put in a case to see if they could unlink my new ea account I made by accident so I can relink my old one with out waiting the six months

    EA_Darko​ Well is there a way I can directly contact support? To see if they could manually unlink them? Also if I link my old ea account to my Xbox will that get me all my stuff back? If I relink those two accounts

    Then can you direct me to the place were I can delete my EA account
