I've had three days of non-stop not being able to log onto this app and access my games.
The first two days, I was getting unresolvable error messages - the last time that happened to me over a month ago, I was told by an EA Customer Support member that there was nothing I could do on my end, that the issue was with EA. In four days, the issue did resolve itself without a word from EA.
Today, I've been getting the obnoxious "network failed to do its network thing" error every time I've tried to login. I found a supposed solution on the forum, followed it to a T and it didn't work. There doesn't seem to be an end in sight for this issue - but I want to access the games that I paid for, or at least some glimmer of hope that there'll be a solution. I'm not on twitter so can't tweet with Customer support and they hide their phone number pretty well. Anyone else have a solution?
