After that, you should normally see a Chat with us option. I recently tested that flow myself, so this thread may be useful as a reference.

I explained my problem, and then it just asked for my first and last name and the game I was having difficulties with.

Hi. I can't get to someone it keeps just giving me to the chat bot. All I need is for someone to change the email.

Since game progress is stored at the EA Account level, please be careful not to unlink anything without being sure first.

If you no longer have access to the email address registered to the EA account, you'll want to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details.

The steps on this page would typically help you update that information. If you no longer have access to the email itself it'd be best to just scroll to the bottom for the Contact us option. An advisor will need to verify a few account details and should be able to work with you to get things updated from there. 

I have the same problem but with EPIC GAMES, my account verification code  to a @sanadmable email that I don’t own. I cannot access that email. I need the email on my account changed to my Gmail.
