Old EA account
I’m trying to play Battlefield, but I linked an EA account that has the wrong email, so I can’t unlink it from Steam. Can anyone from EA help me change the email?

I explained my problem, and then it just asked for my first and last name and the game I was having difficulties with.

That sounds like our chatbot. It’s mainly there to collect your details first so the case can be directed properly. The idea is to gather the information an advisor would normally need upfront and help cut down on back-and-forth.
After that, you should normally see a Chat with us option. I recently tested that flow myself, so this thread may be useful as a reference.
