THE EA APP

When I want to play the sims 4, there is a message saying that is "impossible to launch the game" , I tried removing things from the finder about the sims, repair so many times, log out , create a new account hoping it would work and I even uninstalled the app  and reinstalled it. So I don't know what to do please ( I don't have any mods or even sims 3) 

Is in French but it says "impossible to launch" and under " The sims 4 is already running"
